You can import your records of inventory or assets barcodes into Cloud Sheets to auto-populate the information when scanned from the mobile device.

The 3 steps: 

  1. Files must be in Excel.xlsx format - the traditional Excel format. 
  2. Files must contain a barcode column, to search for a match.
  3. The file should be clean of irrelevant rows and columns, like logos and merged cells and ideally look like this ↓
