  2. Create a new sheet using the Cleaning Inspection template
  3. Scan the barcode of your facility to start inspection
  4. Follow the prompts to enter the required information
  5. Save the changes
  6. Login to orcascan.com to analyse the inspections

How do i generate barcodes for my facilities?

You can generate and print barcodes from within the Orca Scan app using the following steps:

  1. Tap the + icon in the top-left corner
  2. Tap the settings to the right of the barcode field ⚙
  3. Tap generate new barcode
  4. Tap the cog to the right of the barcode field again
  5. Tap print barcode
  6. Select barcode type (QR codes are easier to scan)
  7. Tap print to send to your printer
  8. Tap ‘Save & Close’

However, if you have a lot of barcodes to print, you might find it easier to generate and print barcodes using the Orca Scan web application.
